We are Pamela and Alan Jones and have a wealth of experience running successful small businesses over the last 40 years.

Our purpose built Guest House in Minnis Bay, Birchington has been designed and built to the highest standards with excellent insulation a major consideration.

We want to ensure that your stay with us is as pleasurable as it possibly can be. That's why we provide full HD Smart Televisions, Free High Speed Wi-Fi (fibre Broadband) and Tea and Coffee making facilities in all of our en-suite double and twin bedded rooms.

Although we do not provide breakfast, there are tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge in each room. There are no less than 4 cafés just a few minutes walk away that provide excellent meals at reasonable prices. In fact one is only 50 yards from Bay Lodge.
